• Ginger – 2 ½ Inch (20 Grams)
• Garlic – 8 To 10 Cloves
• Green Chilies – 5 To 6 (Or Depending On Taste)
• Medium Sized Tomato – 1
• Curd/Yogurt – ½ Cup (125 Ml)
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Red Chili Powder – ½ Tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
• Cumin Powder – 1 ½ Tsp
• Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp + ½ Tsp
• Salt, Sugar According To Taste
• Oil, Ghee
