Curd/Yogurt – ¼ Cup
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
Mustard Oil, Salt, Sugar as required
FOR TEMPERING (Foroner jonno):
Bay Leaves – 2 Pc
Whole Dry Red Chilies – 2 Pc
Green Cardamom – 4 Pc
Cloves – 4 Pc
Cinnamon Stick – ½ Inch
Fennel Seeds (Saunf) – ½ Tsp
