• Boneless Chicken – 600 Grams
• Onion – 2 Medium Sized
• Ginger – 1 Inch Sized
• Garlic – 8 To 10 Cloves
• Green Chilies – 4 To 5
• Cashew Nuts – 1 Table Spoon (7 To 8 Nos)
• Curd/Yogurt – ½ Cup (125 Ml)
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp
• Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt, Sugar, Oil – use as required

FOR TEMPERING THE OIL (ফোরণের জন্য)
Cinnamon Stick – 1 Inch
Green Cardamom – 3 To 4
Cloves – 2 To 3
Bay Leaves – 1
Dry Red Chili – 1
