• Potol (Pointed Gourd/Parwal) – 6 pc cut into halves
• Potatoes – 1 Big sized, cut into chunks
• Small sized prawns – 100 gms, deveined, deshelled, head removed
• Onion chopped – 1 medium sized
• Tomato – 1 medium sized
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Green chilies – 2 nos.
• Cumin powder – ½ Tsp
• Coriander powder – ½ Tsp
• Turmeric powder – ½ Tsp
• Kashmiri Red Chili powder – 1 Tsp
• Whole Red Chilies – 2 pc
• Bay Leaves – 2 pc
• Whole Cumin seeds – ½ Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – ¼ Tsp
• Ghee
• Salt, Sugar, Mustard Oil as required
