• Potato – 2 Large Sized (Cubed)
• Maida (All Purpose Flour) – 1 Tbsp
• Tomato – 1 Large Sized (Pureed/Paste)
• Ginger – 2 Inch (16 Gm)
• Green Chilies – 2 To 3 (Depending On Taste)
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
• Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – ½ Tsp
• Whole Garam Masala (Green Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon)
• Bay Leaves – 2 pc
• Salt, Sugar use according to taste
• Oil, Ghee as required
