• Chicken – 2 Kg (Curry Cut OR Leg Pieces, As Required)
• Onion Chopped – 2 Large Sized
• Garlic Paste – 2 Tbsp.
• Ginger Paste – 1 Tbsp.
• Lemon – 1
• Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tsp
• Coriander Powder – 3 Tsp
• Kashmiri Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
• Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
• Finely Whisked Curd/Yogurt – 200 Gm
• Fresh Cream/Malai – 200 Ml
• Kasuri Methi – 3 Tbsp.
• Coriander Leaves Chopped
• Salt to taste
