HOW TO MAKE BENGALI MUTTON CURRY

Ingredients:

1) Mutton – 1 kg
2) Potatoes – 2 or 3
3) Onion: 2 large red onions chopped
4) Ginger Garlic paste: 3 tbsp
5) Cumin powder: 1 tsp
6) Chili Powder: 1 tsp (as per your taste)
7) Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
8) Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
9) Yogurt: 2 tbs
10) Mustard oil: 1/2 cup
11) Garam masala powder: 1/2 tsp
12) whole cloves: 3-4
13) Cinnamon: 1″ stick
14) Green Cardamom: 3-4
15) Bay leaves – 2
16) Salt
17) Sugar: 1 tsp
