Ingredients:

• Mutton (Goat meat, bone-in) – 1.5 Kg
• Curd/Yogurt (thick) – ½ cup (125 ml)
• Onion – 600 grams (4 medium sized used in paste, rest is sliced)
• Tomato, medium sized – 2 pc
• Ginger – 50 grams
• Garlic – 30 grams
• Green chillies – 3 to 4 pc (or use according to taste)
• Turmeric powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
• Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
• Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
• Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
• Kashmiri Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
• Garam masala powder – ½ teaspoon
• Water – 1 cup (250 ml)
• Sugar – 1 teaspoon
• Mustard oil – half cup
• Salt to taste
Whole spices for tempering the oil:
• Green cardamom – 5 pc
• Black cardamom – 1 pc
• Cinnamon stick – 2 inch
• Cloves – 4 to 5 pc
• Bay leaves – 2 pc
• Dry red chillies – 2 pc
