ভাজা মুগের ডাল । HOW TO MAKE BENGALI BHAJA MUGER DAL || Bhaja Moong Dal

Hi friends!! This is a simple and easy Bengali style Daal recipe called “Bhaja Muger Daal” or simply Roasted Moong Daal. I have not added any vegetables in this as it is a Beginner’s recipe. I will upload an updated version of Bhaja Muger daal very soon. So, stay tuned!
Ingredients:
1) Moong daal (মুগ ডাল ) – 1/2 cup
2) 1 inch Ginger grated (আদা কোড়ানো )
3) Turmeric powder (হলুদ গুঁড়ো ) – 1/2 tsp
4) Dry red chili (শুকনো লঙ্কা ) – 2
5) Jeera / Cumin seeds ( গোটা জিরে ) – 1 tsp
6) Hing / Asafetida (হিং ) – a pinch
7) Salt (নুন )
8) Sugar (চিনি )
9) Water (জল )
