For Stuffing
2 green chili
1 inch ginger
4-5 garlic cloves
1 cup fresh Pigeon Peas
1 tbs oil
1 tsp rai
1 tbs sesame seeds
1\4 tsp hing
1\2 cup coriander Leaves
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sugar
1\2 lemon Juice

For cover
1 cup maida
2 tbs ghee
salt to taste

For outer layer
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
salt to taste
1 pinch turmeric powder
3-4 tbs maida + water to cover cone
4-5 tbs bread crums
