Servings : 8 Servings

Ingredients:
Chole
1.5 cup chole
3 onion
3 tomato
1.5 tbs ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chili powder
2.5 tsp chole masala
2 potatoes
salt to taste and hing
12 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbs kasuri methi
coriander leaves
3 tbs oil
bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cardamom

Bhature
500 gm maida
1 tbs sugar
12 tbs salt
12 tsp baking sodakhavana soda
2 tbs curd
2 tsp oil
upto 1 cup water
and oil for frying

Veg Pulav
1 cup lon grain basmati rice
1.5 cup mix veggies
2 tssp ghee
1 tbs oil
1 tsp garam masala
12 tsp turmeric powder
sugar and salt
coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin seeds and hing

Gulabjamun
Ingredients:
12 cup wheat flour
12 cup milk powder
1.5 tbs ghee
12 tsp baking powder
14 cup milk
12 tsp cardamom powder and kesar
1.5 cup sugar
1.5 cup water
ghee for frying Papad churi and Raita
