500 gm Gunda
1\2 Grate Raw Mango
1 Fistful Peanuts
1 Fistful Gathiya Or Sev
2 tbs White melon Seeds
2 tbs garlic chilli paste (10-12 garlic Cloves + 2 tbs Red chilli Powder)
salt to taste
1.5 Cups Of Butter Milk + 1 Cup For Soaking Gunda
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1-2 tbs jaggery
3-4 tbs Coriander Leaves
5 tbs Oil
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli Powder
