સુરતનું પ્રખ્યાત ગ્રીન ઉંધીયું બનાવાની રીત – Undhiyu Recipe in Gujarati
Ingredient
100-150 gm Potatoes
150 gm Purple Yam
100 gm small green Brinjal
100 gm sweet Potatoes
2 raw banana
200 gm Surti papadi
100 gm fresh Tuver Dana (pigeon Peas)
7-8 garlic cloves, 1 cup coriander leaves, 2 tbs Peanuts 1\3 cup fresh coconut peeled
3 tbs green chilli ginger paste
1\4 tsp turmeric Powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tbs sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
3 tbs sesame seeds
1 cup fresh green garlic
1\2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1\2 hing
Oil as requires peanut oil half litre as i will use for frying
1 lemon Juice
