1\2 cup Coarsely whole wheat flour(like semolina)
2 cups finely chopped spinach
1-2 tsp Ginger chili paste
salt to taste
2 tbs Oil
1-2 tbs Sesame seeds
1\2 tsp Carom seeds
ghee as requires
