Servings : 5 Servings

Ingredients:
For undhiyu stuffing
1cup Coriander leaves
if using Green garlic 12 cup
2 tbs sesame seeds
4 tbs peanut powder
1 tsp garam masala
12 tsp carom seeds
3 tbs ginger chilli garlic paste
2 tbs sugar
2 tsp salt
14 cup dessicated coconut
200 gm surti papadi
4 Brinjal
12 Rtalukand
1 small sweet potato
2 small potatoes
12 cup fresh pigeon peas
For Muthiya
12 cup wheat flour
14 cup corsely wheat flour
14 cup besan
Salt,sugar,lemon as per taste
1.25 Cups Methi
14 cup coriander leaves
