1 cup sugar
1 cup water
12 cup +5 tbs ghee
3 tbs milk
12 tsp cardamom powder
dry fruit slices

Dahivada
34 cup chola dalchola
12 cup urad dal
750 gm curd
2 tsp ginger chili paste
hing
salt to taste
3-4 tbs sugar
chili powder
roasted cumin powder
black salt
green chutney
coriander leaves

Ugavela mag nu shaak

200 gm sprouted Green Gram
2 tbs Oil
1 tsp Rai
14 tsp Hing
12 tsp Turmeric Powder
salt to taste
1 tsp Red chili Powder
12 tsp Garam masala
1 tbs cumin coriander powder
1.5 tsp Amchur POwder
1-2 tsp Sugar
coriander Leaves

Bhrela Bhinda
300 gm Bhinda
