Ingredients:
1\2 cup whole wheat flour
1\2 Cup Semolina
1\2 cup gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1\4 teaspoon cardamom powder
pinch Of salt
½ cup ghee (semi solid) or butter at room temperature, 80 grams
½ cup sugar, 100 to 110 grams sugar or ⅔ cup powdered sugar or icing sugar or add as per taste
