Ingredients:
2 Cup Methi leaves
2-3 boiled potatoes
2-3 green chilli sliced
1 inch ginger
1 onion
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
salt to taste,12 tsp black salt
12 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
14 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tbs Kasuri methi
2-3 tbs Coriander leaves
2 cups wheat flour
Salt
1-2 tsp Oil
Ghee or oil to roast paratha
