1\4 cup peanuts
1\2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbs Besan
1\4 tsp turmeric Powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1\2 tsp carom seeds
salt to taste
1 tsp Oil

for tempring
2 tbs Oil
1 tsp rai
1 tsp methi
1 tsp jeera
2 dry red chili
1 cinnamon sticks
2 cloves
few curry leaves
2 tbs jaggery
salt to taste
coriander leaves
lemon juice
1\2 tsp Garam masala if you wish to add
