Ingredients:

10-12 baby potatoes or medium potatoes
7-8 garlic cloves
2 tbs Kashmiri red chili powder if you want spicy use regular red chili powder
salt to taste
1\4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1-2 tsp Cumin-coriander Powder
few drops lemon Juice
1 tbs coriander Leaves
2-3 tbs tamarind-jaggery Chutney
and for red serving chutney
mash 1 small Potatoes+1-2 tsp red chili Powder+ salt
