1 cup soaked long grain Basmati rice
2 cups water
1 cup fresh Tuardana\pigeon peas
2 onion
1 potatoes
salt to taste
7-8 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
4-5 pieces dry coconut
1 tsp Jeera
1 bay leave
2 cinnamon stick
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1-2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 small tomato
2 tbs coriander leaves
