ಕಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಪೌಡರ್ ಹಲ್ವ | Custard Powder Halwa Recipe by Shubha Sharon

Description :

ಕಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಪೌಡರ್ ಸೇವನೆಯಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ calcium and protein ಸಿಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಕಸ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಪೌಡರ್ ನಿಂದ ಹಲ್ವ ತಯಾರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಿರಿ.

Ingredients:

Ghee – 3 spoons
Coconut Oil – 3 spoons
Custard Powder – 1 Glass
Cashews – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1 glass
Water – 2 glasses
Pineapple essence – 4-5 drops.

How to cook:

Step 1:
Keep a pan on medium flame, Add 3 Spoons of Ghee and Coconut Oil ( coconut oil for extra taste). heat for 10 seconds

Step 2:
Add Cashews and fry for 20 seconds

Step 3:
Add Custard powder and Sugar. Mix well ( mixing is well is very Important)

Step 4:
Add 2 glasses/cups of water and mix well. Keep mixing until it becomes jelly/thick.

Step 5:
Add any essence, I’ve added Pineapple Essence and mix well for 5 mins.
