Soya helps to prevent Heart Attacks, Strokes, Lowers Cholesterol levels and Manages Weight and Diabetes.
Here is a Simple, Quick and Tasty recipe of How to cook Soya Chunks Pulao.
Ingredients:
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Ginger 1/4 cup
Garlic 15 cloves
Clove 5
Cinnamon small piece
Oil 4 table spoons
Cinnamon leaves 1
Cardamom 1
Sliced Green chillies 4-5
Chopped Onion 1
Mint leaves 1 cup
Soya Chunks – 50 grams. ( soak it in the water for 15mins)
Chopped Tomato medium 1
Salt for Taste
Red chilli powder for taste
Water 2 glasses
Normal Rice 1 glass
Pinch of Garam masala
How to cook:
Step 1:
Soak Soya Chunks in a water for 15 mins, Chop tomato and Onion vertically.
Step 2:
Take a small mixer grinder jar, Add Coriander leaves 1/2 cup, Ginger 1/4 cup, Garlic 15 cloves, Clove 5, and Cinnamon small piece and Grind it.
Step 3:
Keep Pressure Cooker on the stove, light it and add 4 tables spoons of Oil and Cinnamon leaves 1,
Cardamom 1, Sliced Green chillies 4-5. Fry for 30 seconds.
Step 4:
Add Chopped onion and Deep fry it ( Glod Fry)
Step 5:
Add mint leaves and mix. Take soaked Soya chunks, squeeze and remove water and put in the cooker. Fry for a min.
Step 6:
Add the paste we made in the step 2 and mix well. Add chopped tomato and mix well.
Step 7:
Put Salt, Redchilli powder, 2 glasses of water and 1 glass of washed Rice, add pinch of Garam Masala and Close the cooker and wait for one whistle.

Open the cooker once the pressure is down, mix a little and serve hot.
