Curd is an amazing helper for digestion, Heart, Teeth, Bones and improves immunity, releases stress and anxiety.
Here is a quick recipe of How to make Curd and Veg Sandwich.
Ingredients:
1. Curd – 1 cup
2. Pepper powder – 2 spoons
3. Salt – for taste
4. Carrots – 1 cup
5. Cabbage – 1 cup
6. Beans – ¼ cup
7. Sweet Corn – 2 spoons
8. Cucumber – 1 cup
9. Ghee – for roasting
10. Sesame Seeds – for roasting
How to make:
Step 1:
Add all the veggies in bowl and mix well with curd. Take two slices of bread and apply the curd and veg paste on one side and close with other slice of bread.
Step 2:
Heat the pan and put some Ghee or butter, spread some sesame seeds and take the prepared bread in step 1 and roast single side and repeat the same for other side too.
