In this video I’m showing How to cook Tasty and Spicy Buttermilk Rasam.
Ingredients:
1. One Cup Curd
2. 1/2 spoon Cumin Seeds
3. 1/4 Spoon of Mustard Seeds
4. 1 inch piece of Ginger root
5. Small Piece Of Fresh Coconut
6. Green Chilies for taste
7. 4 or 5 Cloves of Garlic
8. Few Coriander leaves
9. Few Curry Leaves
10. 1 Small Chopped Onion
11. 1 small spoon of rice, soaked in water for 5 mins
12. 1 Small Chopped Tomato
13. 1 Tablespoon of Oil
14. 1/4 Spoon of Turmeric
15. Salt for Taste
How to Cook:
Step 1:
Grind to Make paste with coconut, Garlic, Chilies, Cumin Seeds, Soaked Rice, Coriander leaves and Garlic.
Step 2:
To make Buttermilk Mix 1 and half cup of water to one cup of curd and grind it for few seconds.
Step 3:
Light the stove and put oil, Cumin and mustered Seeds, curry leaves, onion, tomato, salt and turmeric and fry it for 30 seconds.
Mix with the paste we created in step one and mix well.
Step 4:
Let it cooled down for 10 to 15 mins, and later mix it with buttermilk and add some fresh Coriander leaves.
