ತವ್ವ ಪುಲಾವ್ | Tawa pulao Mumbai Style | famous Indian Rice recipe

This video explains How to cook famous Mumbai Tawa Pulao in an easy way.
This is one of the best and testiest pulao I ever made, I wish you all will enjoy it.
Preparation time for tawa pulao -30 minute
Serving-3
Ingredients for tawa pulao
Boiled rice(any)-500 gm
Tomato(chopped)-4
Boiled potato(chopped)-2
Onion(chopped)-2
Green Peas(fresh/frozen)-50 gm(1/2 cup)
Capsicum/Bell pepper(chopped)-1
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves-1/3 cup
Ready made Pav bhaji masala(any brand)-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds on medium flame.
2. Add onion and fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame, keep stirring in between.
3. Add green peas and capsicum, mix it and fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
4. Add ginger garlic paste, mix it and cook it for a minute on low flame.
5. Add tomatoes mix it, cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
6. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it well, cover the pan and cook it for a minute on low flame.
7. Add boiled potatoes(you may use paneer instead), pav bhaji masala powder and mix it properly.
8. Cover the pan and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
9. Add boiled rice and salt, mix it cover the pan and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
10. Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves, mix it properly.
11. Cover the pan and cook it for a minute on low flame.
12. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it properly.
13. Turn off the flame, tawa pulao is ready to serve.
