So let’s watch restaurant style how to make Chicken Hariyali Kebab and try your own at home. We can serve Hariyali Chicken Kebab with Green Kebab Chutney.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

First Marination Time: 30 minutes minimum

Second Marination Time: 2 Hours

Cooking Time for Hariyali Chicken Kabab making : 20 minutes

Ingredients of Restaurant Style Chicken Hariyali Kebab:
1. Boneless Chicken Cubes.
2. Coriander Paste.
3. Black Salt or Salt.
4. Tandoori Masala.
5. Corn Flour.
6. Ginger Paste.
7. Refined Oil.
8. Thick Yogurt.
9. Kasuri Methi.
10. Black Pepper Powder.
11. Garlic Paste.
12. Vinegar.
13. Chaat Masala.
14. Garam Masala Powder.
15. Red Chilli Powder.

How to Cook Chicken Hariyali Kebab at Home:

Step 1 –
First marinate the chicken. Take a bowl and add 400 gm chicken. Then add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp vinegar or lime juice, half tsp salt, half tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp refined oil and mix it well.

Step 2 –
Put this marinated chicken in Freeze for 30 minutes to 1 Hour.

Step 3 –
After first marination, take a new bowl and add 2 tbsp thick yogurt, 1 tsp Garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp corn flour, half tsp black pepper powder, half tsp garam masala powder, half tsp chaat masala, some salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp refined oil, coriander paste and mix it well. You can also add extra salt, red chilli powder as per your taste.

Step 4 –
Now add marinated chicken to this mixture. Mix it well. Also add Kasuri methi. Now refrigerate this marination for minimum 2 hours.

Step 5 –
After 2 hours, decorate your chicken hariyali kabab with sliced capsicum and green chilli in a kebab sticks.

Step 6 –
Now preheat your microwave for 180 degree and cook for 15 minutes. You can also grill extra 5 minutes as per your taste.
