Ingredients of Chicken Hot and Sour Soup:
1) 500 ml Chicken Stock.

2) Boiled Shredded Chicken.
3) Chopped or Sliced Cabbage.
4) Chopped or Sliced Carrots.
5) Chopped or Sliced Ginger Garlic.
6) Chopped or Sliced Beans.
7) Chopped or Sliced Capsicum.
8) Chopped or Sliced Onions.
9) Corn Flour.
10) 1 Pcs Egg.
11) Vinegar.
12) Soya Sauce.
13) Chilli Sauce.
14) Salt.
15) Sugar.
16) Black Pepper.
17) Soya Refined Oil.

Method of How to cook Hot and Sour Chicken Soup :

Step 1 –
Add 2 Tbsp Oil in Hot Pan.

Step 2 –
Add chopped Ginger Garlic.

Step 3 –
Add Chopped Onions.

Step 4 –
Add Sliced Carrots.

Step 5 –
Add Sliced Beans.

Step 6 –
Add Sliced Capsicum.

Step 7 –
Fry well the vegetables.

Step 8 –
Add Salt and Sugar as per taste.

Step 9 –
Add 2 Tbsp Black Soya Sauce.

Step 10 –
Add 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce or Green Chilli Sauce.

Step 11 –
Add Boiled Chicken.

Step 12 –
Add 500 ml Chicken Stock.

Step 13 –
Add Chopped Cabage.

Step 14 –
Add 1 Tbsp Vinegar.

Step 15 –
Take 1 Tbsp. Corn Flour and mix well in water then pour it to the soup.

Step 16 –
Beat an Egg and add it in soup.

Step 17 –
Finally Add 1 Tsp Black Pepper and serve it hot.
