Tetuler Chutney – Delicious Tamarind Chutney for Samosa / Chaat / Doi Bora – Imli Ki Chutney

Ingredients of Tetuler Chutney / Tamarind Sauce:
1. Tetul/ Imli/ Tamarind (50 gm).
2. Sugar (as per your taste).
3. Black salt (¼ tsp).
4. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
5. Roasted masala powder of Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds and dry red chilli (½ tsp).

Methods of How to make Tamarind Chutney:
1. Add 1 cup water in 50 gm Tentul / tamarind. Mixed it well.
2. Strained out the seeds and extras.
3. Add 4 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, and ¼ tsp salt. Mixed it well.
4. Boiled it. When the chutney become thick taste it.
5. Add more sugar as per your taste.
6. Finally add ½ tsp roasted masala powder and mixed it.
7. Put off your gas oven. Cool it.
8. Serve Tetuler chatni with snacks recipe.
