Ingredients of Payesh Recipe / Mishtanno:
1. Milk (1 lit).
2. Gobindo bhog Rice (100 gm).
3. Sugar drop candy (100 gm).
4. Sugar (as per your taste).
5. Cashew nuts (2 tbsp).
6. Raisins (2 tbsp).
7. 2 Bay leaves.
8. Green cardamom (2 pc).
9. Ghee (½ tsp).

Making of Payesh:
1. Heat the milk.
2. Mix ½ tsp ghee with 100 gm gobindo bhog rice.
3. When milk boiling add rice and bay leaves.
4. Now cook in medium flame for 15 to 20 min.
5. When the rice gets boiled 100% add 100 gm sugar drop candy, cashew nuts and raisins.
6. .When the sugar drop candy melts totally then tastes it and adds sugar as per your taste.
7. Now finally add green cardamom and cook for 2 or 3 min in high flame.
8. Put off gas oven. Let it cool.
9. Serve Payesh as desert item or in prasad.
