Ingredients of Paneer Pakora Recipe:
1. Paneer (200gm).
2. Plain yogurt (2 tbsp).
3. Corn flour (2 tbsp).
4. Gram flour (½ cup).
5. Bread crump (¼ cup).
6. Chopped green chilli (2 no).
7. Chopped coriander leaves (1 tbsp).
8. Ginger paste (¼ tsp).
9. Red chilli powder (½ tsp).
10. Salt (as per your taste).
11. Dry mango powder (¼ tsp).
12. Refined oil (for deep fry).

Making of Paneer Pakoda:
1. First take a mixing bowl.
2. Add 2 tbsp plain yogurt, 2 tbsp corn flour, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp dry mango powder, coriander leaves, green chilli, ¼ tsp ginger paste, and ¼ tsp salt. Mix it well.
3. Add the mixture to the paneer pc. Keep it for an hour.
4. Now take another bowl.
5. Add ½ cup gram flour, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, and ¼ tsp salt. Add some water and make smooth paste.
6. Add ¼ cup bread crump in this batter and mix it well.
7. Now heat the pan and add oil in it.
8. Take marinated paneer pc and deep into the batter.
9. Then deep fry in oil. Paneer pakoras are ready.
10. Serve hot paneer pakora with chutney and sauce.
