Ingredients of Pan Fried Chilli Fish:
1. Bhetki fille (6 PC).
2. Slice onion (2 medium pc).
3. Carrot (1 medium size).
4. Capcicum (1 medium size)
5. Ginger paste (½ tsp).
6. Garlic paste (½ tsp).
7. Black pepper powder (½ tsp).
8. An egg.
9. Chopped garlic (4 pods)
10. Refined oil.
11. Tomato sauce (5 tbsp).
12. Black soya sauce (2 tbsp).
13. Red chilli sauce (1 tbsp).
14. Salt (as per your taste).
15. Lemon juice (1 tsp).
16. Corn flour (2 tsp).
17. Chopped green chilli (4 no).
Methods of How to prepare Pan fried chilli fish:
1. Marinate the Bhetki fish with 1 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp ginger paste, ½ tsp garlic paste, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp Black pepper powder. Keep it for 30 min in freeze.
2. Add an egg and 2 tbsp corn flour in marinated fish. Mixed it well.
3. Heat the pan and add oil in it.
4. Deep fry the fish very well.
5. Keep 3 tbsp oil in pan.
6. Add chopped garlic, slice onion. Fry for 2 min.
7. Add carrots, ¼ tsp salt. Fry for another 2 min.
8. Add sliced capsicum. Fry for another 1 min.
9. Add 5 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp black soya sauce, and 1 tbsp red chilli sauce. Mixed it well.
10. Add ¼ tsp black pepper powder.
11. Add fried fishes and chopped green chillies. Mixed it well.
12. Taste it. Cook for 1 min in high flame.
13. Add ½ cup spring onion (optional).
14. Put off gas oven.
15. Serve hot Pan Fried Chilli Fish as a starter dish.
