Narkel Naru Recipe – পারফেক্ট নারকেল নাড়ু বানানোর সহজ রেসিপি – Bengali Puja Sweet Coconut Laddu

Here is the Perfect Narkel Naru recipe. It is also known as Gurer Narkel Nadu. Narkeler Nadu is very popular Bengali Sweet item for Bengali Pujas like Laxmi Puja, Saraswati Puja, Durga puja, Janmashtami festival etc. So just watch this easy recipe and try to make this nolen gur diye narkeler naru at home.

Ingredients of Narkeler Naru:
1. Grated coconut (1 coconut).
2. Sugar cane jaggery (300 gm).
3. Green cardamom seeds (3 pc).
4. Ghee (Very little).

Making of Narkel Naru:
1. Heat the pan and add 2/3 cup water.
2. Add grated coconut and 300 gm sugar cane jaggery.
3. Mixed it well.
4. Now cook in medium flame for 10 to 20 min. Stir regularly.
5. Then add green cardamom seeds. Mixed it well.
6. When the stuffing gate ready then finally cook for 1 min in high flame. Stir continuously.
7. Put off gas oven. Put the stuffing in another bowl.
8. Now take some ghee on your palm and try make round shape naru one by one.
9. Bengali gurer naru is ready for any Pujas or Festivals.
