  • no one can beat Bengali cooking of my grand mother, my grand came from Royal family ,Dighapatia state, Rajsahi, her mother was a famous cook and wrote 2 books BARENDRA RANDHAN 1 and 2, although it was never published because it was family secret, so i was very interested in cooking, when the Cook was sick or absent i tried to cook with my mother in our kitchen with the supervision of my grandmother.that is the way i have learnt cooking.I left India at the age of 21 for my engineering study to Europe and after i finished mt engineering in London, i have immigrated to Canada, since i left India i cooked my own food and that gave me more chance to learn more cooking from different culture. here in Canada i also cook my own food because i like my own test. i do not eat outside street food or Restaurant food, it gives me lot of health problems.
