Ingredients of Muri Ghonto Recipe:
1. Rohu fish head or Katla fish head.
2. Gobindo bhog rice (1 cup).
3. Chopped onion (2 medium sizes).
4. Sliced potatoes (½ inch cube).
5. Garam masala.
6. Chopped tomato (1 big size).
7. Cumin seeds (½ tsp).
8. 2 dry chilli.
9. 2 bay leaves.
10. Ginger paste (2 tbsp).
11. Turmeric powder (1.5 tsp).
12. Cumin powder (½ tsp).
13. Red chilli powder (½ tsp).
14. Sugar (As per your taste).
15. Salt (As per your taste).
16. Mustard oil.
17. Ghee (1 tsp).
18. Garam masala powder (1 tsp).
19. Green chilli paste (6 no).

Methods of how to cook Muri Ghonto:
1. Marinate the fish head with ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp of turmeric powder. Keep aside for 5 min.
2. Heat the pan. Roast 1 cup of gobindo bhog rice little beat. Keep in a bowl.
3. Add mustard oil in hot pan. Fry the fish head very well.
4. Now fry the potatoes very well.
5. Take 4 tbsp oil in hot pan.
6. Add garam masala, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 2 bay leaves, and 2 dry chilli. Fry for 15 sec.
7. Add chopped onion. Fry till become golden brown.
8. Add chopped tomato. Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
9. Add 2 tbsp of ginger paste, green chilli paste. Mixed it well.
10. Add ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Mixed it well.
11. Add 2 tbsp water and cook in medium flame for 2 min.
12. Add fried potatoes, fried broken fish head and ¼ tsp garam masala powder. Mixed it well. Cook in medium flame for 2 min.
13. Add 1cup roasted gobindo bhog rice. Mixed it well. Cook in medium flame for 2 min.
14. Add 3 cups water. When boiling add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. Mixed it well.
15. Close the lid for 5 min. Cook in medium flame.
16. Taste salt and sugar. Add more as per your taste.
17. Now cook in high flame. Add ½ tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp ghee. Mixed it well.
18. Put off your gas oven. Close the lid for 5 min.
19. After 5 min Muri Ghonto recipe is ready.
20. Serve hot with hot steamed rice.
