Ingredients of Kacha Amer Achar Recipe:
1. Kacha aam/ raw mango (500 gm). ( soak in water for 2 hours)
2. Dry chillis
3. Cumin seeds
4. Coriander seeds
5. Fennel
6. Turmeric powder
7. Salt
8. Panch foron
9. Jaggery (500 gms)

Methods of How to cook Kacha Amer Tok Jhal Misti Anchar:
1. Marinate the sliced raw mango pcs with 1 tsp of turmeric powder and ½ tsp of salt.
2. Then keep it in sunlight for min 8 to 10 hours.
3. Now make the masala.
4. Heat the pan. Add 8 to 10 dry chillis. Fry for 15 sec in high flame.
5. Add 2 tsp cumin seeds, and 2 tsp coriander seeds. Fry for 15 sec.
6. Add 1 tsp fennel, and 1 tsp panch foron. Fry for 30 sec. Do not burn it.
7. Now grind all the roasted spices by mixer grinder.
8. Do not make fine dust.
9. Dissolve the jiggery in 2 cups of water.
10. Heat a pan and add the jiggery solution.
11. Boil the solution in high flame for 5 min.
12. Add dry mango slices. Cook in high flame for 10 min.
13. Add 2 tsp of roasted masala powder. Cook in high flame for more 5min.
14. Your recipe is ready. Lets it cool. Keep it in a glass jar.
