Dudh Rui – New Style Bengali Fish Curry Recipe Dudh Diye Rui Mach

Here is Another Uncommon New Bengali Style Fish Curry Recipe Dudh Rui. This Dudh diye Rui macher recipe is a very Unique Delicious Bengali Fish Recipe. So let’s watch how to cook Ruohu Fish with Milk and make it at home.

Ingredients of Dudh Rui Recipe:
1. Rohu fish (300 gm).
2. Milk (2 cups).
3. Chopped onion (2 medium size).
4. Ginger paste (3 TSP).
5. Turmeric powder (1 tsp).
6. Slitted green chilli (4 NO).
7. Sugar (as per your taste).
8. Salt (as per your taste).
9. Mustard oil
10. Crushed garam masala
11. Ghee – 1 Tsp

Methods of How to make Rui Macher Curry with Milk :
1. Marinate the Rohu fish with ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder. Keep it for 5 min.
2. Add mustard oil in hot pan.
3. Fry the Rui Mach very well.
4. Take 4 tbsp mustard oil in hot pan.
5. Add crushed garam masala. Fry for 10 sec. in medium flame.
6. Add chopped onion. Fry till become golden brown.
7. Add 3 tsp ginger paste. Fry for 30 sec in medium flame.
8. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp sugar, and ½ tsp salt. Mixed it well.
9. Now cook for 2 min in medium flame.
10. Add slitted green chilli and 2 cups of milk.
11. When boiling add fried fish.
12. Close the lid for 5 min. Cook in medium flame.
13. After 5 min turn over the fish and close the lid again for 5 min. Cook in medium flame.
14. Now cook in high flame for 2 min.
15. Add 1 tsp of ghee.
16. Put off gas oven. Close the lid for 5 min.
17. Your recipe Dudh diye Rui Mach is ready. Serve hot dudh rui with hot steamed rice.
