Chirer Pakora – Rice Flakes Pakoda Recipe – চিড়ের পকোড়া – Easy Pokora Recipe

Here is another mouthwatering evening snacks recipe Chirer Pakora or Rice Flakes Pakoda. Chirer pokora is very easy snacks recipe. Learn how to make Bengali chirer pakora (চিড়ের পাকোড়া) recipe and try to make it at home.

Ingredients of Chirer Pakora:
1. Rice Flakes / Chire (1 cup).
2. Chopped onion (1 big size).
3. Chopped capsicum (2 tbsp).
4. Chopped tomato (2 tbsp).
5. Chopped green chilli (3 pc).
6. Chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp).
7. Salt (as per your taste).
8. Sugar (as per your taste).
9. Black pepper powder (¼ tsp).
10. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
11. Garam masala powder (¼ tsp).
12. Rice flour (½ cup).
13. Roasted pea nuts (2 tbsp).
14. Refined oil (for deep fry).

Preparation of Chirer Pakoda:
1. First take a mixing bowl. Add 1 cup rice flakes, onion, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp tomato, green chilli, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ¼ tsp garam masala powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ½ cup rice flour, and 2 tbsp peanuts.
2. Add some water and mix all the ingredients very well.
3. Then make small balls by the mixture.
4. Heat oil and deep fry the pakora very well.
5. Serve the hot Chirer Pokora with sauce or chutney.
