Ingredients of Chicken Samosa:
1. Flour (3 cups).
2. Potato (1big size).
3. Chopped onions (2 medium sizes).
4. Ginger garlic paste (1 tsp).
5. Chopped tomato (1 medium size).
6. Chopped green chilli (3to4).
7. Chopped coriander leaves (2 tbsp).
8. Cumin powder (¼ tsp).
9. Turmeric powder (¼ tsp).
10. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
11. Salt (as per your taste).
12. Sugar (as per your taste).
13. Refined oil
14. Garam masala powder (¼ tsp).
15. Black peeper powder (¼ tsp).
16. Chicken keema paste (300gm).
Making of Chicken Keema Samosa:
1. Take 3 cups flour in a mixing bowl. Add 4 tbsp refined oil and salt to taste.
2. Mix it well. Then add water and make smooth dough. Cover it and keep for 20 to 30 min.
3. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil in it.
4. Fry the potato with added 1 pinch of turmeric powder. Keep aside.
5. Then fry the onions very well. When frying add 2 pinches of salt.
6. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
7. Add ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder. Mixed it well.
8. Add green chilli, and chopped tomato. Mixed it well.
9. Add ¼ tsp garam masala powder and ¼ tsp black peeper powder. Mixed it well.
10. Add chicken keema paste. Mixed it well.
11. Add fried potato. Mixed it well.
12. Now cover it and cook for 10 min in medium flame.
13. After 10 min add chopped coriander leaves. Mixed it well.
14. No cook in high flame for 1 to 2 min.
15. Stuffing is ready. Put off gas oven.
16. Divide the dough into many medium balls.
17. Roll out the dough into a big circle shape.
18. Cut it by a knife in the middle. Then take half portion into hand palm add 2 sides of this and make like a bowl.
19. Add stuffing inside of it and close it.
20. Make all the Singara like this.
21. Heat the pan and add oil for deep frying.
22. Deep fry the Keema Singara.
23. Serve hot chicken samosa / Chicken keemar singara with sauce or chutney.
