Begun Pora – Baingan Bharta Recipe – Beguner Bhorta Recipe in Bengali

Begun Pora or Baingan Bharta is another Simple, Easy and Delicious Bengali Recipe. It is also known as Begun Bhorta. It is a very popular Indian Food as well as Bengali Food. So let’s watch how to make Begun Pora and try it at home.

Ingredients::
1. 1 Medium size brinjal / begun / eggplant.
2. 1 Small tomato.
3. Chopped Green chilli (2 pc).
4. Chopped coriander leaves (1 tbsp).
5. Chopped onion (1 small size).
6. Salt (as per taste).
7. Mustard oil (1 tbsp).

Methods of How to Prepare Begun Bhorta:
1. Brush a little amount of mustard oil all over the Brinjal and tomato with hand palm.
2. Burn the brinjal and tomato in medium flame.
3. After burning remove the burned skin of brijal and tomato very carefully.
4. Take a bowl and smashed the brinjal and tomato.
5. Add chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, 1tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ¼ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp of mustard oil.
6. Mix all the ingredients very well.
7. The recipe is ready. Serve hot Begun Pora or Begun Bharta with hot steamed rice or hot roti.
