Let’s learn how to make Chicken Pulao.

Ingredients for Morog Pulao:
1. Chicken – 750 grams (leg piece).
2. 1 piece of lemon juice (half piece only).
3. 1 teaspoon of salt.
4. 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
5. 1 cup / 200 grams of plain yogurt.
6. 2.5 cups / 500 grams of Basmati Rice.
7. Refined oil.
8. Ghee.
9. Bay leaf.
10. Garam masala.
11. Chopped onion.
12. Ginger paste.
13. Garlic paste.
14. Red chilli powder.
15. Garam masala powder.
16. Sugar.
17. Salt.
18. 1-piece boiled egg.
19. 1 cup of milk.
20. 1 teaspoon of Keora water.
21. 1 teaspoon of Rose water.
22. Green chillies.

Making of Murgh Pulao:
1. At first, make cuts in the 750 grams of chicken and pour it in a bowl.
2. Now add the following ingredients for Marination.
a. 1 piece of lemon juice (half piece only).
b. 1 teaspoon of salt.
c. 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
d. 1 cup / 200 grams of plain yogurt.
3. Mix it well and leave it for at least 1 hour.
4. Now take a bowl and add 2.5 cup /500 grams of Basmati Rice.
5. Clean it properly and soaked it in water for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, drain out all the water and make it dry.
7. Now take a Meyer Forgestone Non-Stick Aluminum Cookware Casserole with Lid and add 2 tablespoons of refined oil, 2 tablespoons of ghee.
8. Heat it for a while.
9. After it gets heated, add 3 – 4 pieces of Bay leaf, Garam masala (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, black pepper) and fry it for 15 – 20 seconds in medium flame.
10. After that, add chopped onion (3 big size onion) and fry it well in medium flame for 5 minutes.
11. Now add 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste and fry it for another 2 minutes in medium flame.
12. Now add the marinated chicken and mix it well.
13. After that, add the gravy of marinated chicken and mix it well.
14. Cover & cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
15. After 5 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, taste for salt, ½ teaspoon of garam masala powder, 1 boiled egg (make cuts on the sides of egg) and mix it well.
16. Cover & cook it for another 10 – 12 minutes in medium to low flame (stir it 2 times in between).
17. At low flame, take out the chicken pieces into a separate vessel.
18. Now add the dried soaked rice in the chicken gravy and mix it well.
19. Add 1 handful of raisins and fry it for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
20. Now add 4 cups of boiled hot water, 1 cup of hot milk and mix it well.
21. Cook it in high flame.
22. After it starts boiling, cover & cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame.
23. Make sure that the whole rice is boiled enough.
24. Take out half of the rice in a separate vessel.
25. Place the chicken pieces in the casseroleand spread the rice which we separate out on the top of the chicken.
26. Now spread 1 teaspoon of rose water, ½ teaspoon keora water, ½ teaspoon of garam masala, 3-4 pieces of green chillies (place it inside the rice).
27. Cover & cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.
28. After 10 minutes, switch of the oven and leave it for 5 minutes with a closed lid.
29. Now your Morog Pulao Bangladeshi Recipe is ready to serve.
