Hello friends, welcome to Shampa’s Kitchen. Today I will make Masala Mushroom Curry. Here is the Perfect winter special Mushroom Masala recipe. It is very delicious winter recipe. So, watch how to cook Mushroom Curry and must try this at your home.

Ingredients of Mushroom Masala:
1. Mushroom ( 400 gm).
2. Green chili.
3. Garlic ( 10-12 pcs).
4. Chopped Ginger ( Small Pc).
5. Mustard oil (4 tsp).
6. Cumin seed ( ¼ tsp).
7. Chopped Onion ( 2 big size).
8. Ginger Garlic green chili paste.
9. Cumin powder ( 1 tsp).
10. Coriander powder ( 1 tsp).
11. Turmeric powder ( ½ tsp).
12. Red chili powder ( ½ tsp).
13. Kashmiri red chili powder (1 tsp).
14. Garam masala powder ( 1 tsp).
15. Chopped Tomato ( 2 medium size).
16. Salt.
17. Chopped Coriander.

Methods of how to make Mushroom Curry:
1. At first learn how to cut mushroom – wash 400 gm Mushroom 2-3 times with water. And cut it from center.
2. Now take green chili in a mixture bowl. Add 10-12 pcs Garlic, chopped ginger. And grind it without water for little.
3. Heat a pan and add 4 tsp mustard oil.
4. After heating up the oil, add 2 bay leaf, 2 dry red chili, ¼ tsp Cumin seed. And fry it 10 seconds.
5. Add chopped onion and fry it in medium flame for 5 minutes.
6. Add ginger garlic green chili paste. And fry it in medium to low flame for another 2 minutes.
7. Add 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder, ¼ tsp Garam masala powder. Mix it well.
8. Add Chopped Tomato & salt. Mix it well.
9. Cook 5 minutes with cover up in low flame.
10. Now add mushrooms in the mixture and cook 2 minutes in high flame.
11. Add water (as much grave as you want) slowly and stir continuously.
12. When its starts boiling, cover it and cook 10 minutes in low flame.
13. After 10 minutes spread ¼ tsp Garam masala powder, & chopped coriander from over. And mix it little.
14. Put off the gas oven and cover 5 minutes in standby.
15. Serve hot Masala Mushroom with roti, paratha, naan, kulcha etc.
