Ingredients of Jhuri Jhuri Aloo Bhaja:
1. Aloo / Potato (2 big sizes).
2. Peanuts (2 tbsp).
3. Curry leaves (2 tbsp).
4. Salt (as per your taste).
5. Refined oil (for deep fry).

Methods of Muchmuche Aloo Bhaja Recipe:
1. Grate the potatoes in long pieces. Wash it well.
2. Now soak in cool (freeze) water for 15 to 20 min.
3. After 20 min drained extra water from the grated potatoes. Keep it for some time.
4. Heat the refined oil in pan.
5. Fry the peanuts for 1 min in medium flame. Keep aside.
6. Fry curry leaves and keep aside.
7. Fry grated potatoes in high flame till become golden brown.
8. Add salt as per your taste at last moment of frying.
