পূজার খিচুড়ি রেসিপি – Bhoger Khichuri Recipe – Traditional Bengali Niramish Khichuri for Puja

আজকে আমরা দেখে নেবো কি করে দারুন স্বাদের পূজার খিচুড়ি তৈরি করবো। Today we will learn Bengali Traditional Bhoger Khichuri recipe. You can make this Niramish Khichuri Prasad on any festival or puja like Durga Pujor Ashtomir Bhog, Lakshmi Pujar Bhog, Saraswati Puja, Janmashtami or any pujas.

Ingredients of Bhoger Khichuri:
1. Gobindo bhog rice (300 gm).
2. Moong dal (150 gm).
3. Refined oil (4 tbsp).
4. Ghee (2 tbsp).
5. Garam masala.
6. Garam masala powder (1 tsp).
7. Cumin seeds (¼ tsp).
8. Sliced Tomato (2 medium size).
9. Slitted green chilli (6 to 8 nos.).
10. Ginger paste (2 tbsp).
11. Turmeric powder (1 tsp).
12. Cumin powder (1 tsp).
13. Salt (as per your taste).
14. Sugar (as per your taste).
15. Red chilli powder ( ½ tsp) .
16. Green peas (1 cup).
17. Bay leaf (2 no).
18. Dry chilli (3 no).
19. Grated Coconut (1 cup )
Methods of Bhoger Khichuri Recipe:
• Heat the pan and fry the moong dal without oil or ghee. Keep in a bowl.
• Add 4 tbsp refined oil in hot pan. Add 1 tbsp ghee.
• Add garam masala, ¼ tsp cumin seeds, 2 bay leaves, 3 pcs dry chilli.
• After 30 second add sliced tomato and cook for 1 min in medium flame.
• Add green chilli, green peas. Mixed it well and cook again for 1 min.
• Add 2 tbsp ginger paste, 1tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder. Mixed it well.
• Add 1 cup grated coconut, ½ cup water. Mixed it well.
• Add gobindo bhog rice and roasted moong dal. Mixed it well. Cooked for 2 to 3 min.
• Add 1 litre hot water. Cook in high flame till boiling.
• After boiling close the lid and cook in medium flame for 10 min.
• After 10 min add ½ litre water then close the lid again and cook in medium flame for 10 min.
• Add 1tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar.
• Taste it. Add more salt and sugar as per your taste.
• Add ½ tsp garam masala powder, 2 tsp ghee. Mixed it well.
• Put off gas oven. Now close the lid and keep it for 5 min.
• Bhoger Khichuri is ready.
