Taler Luchi is one of the main Sweet Dish prepare on Sri Krishna Janmashtami Festival. It is basically deep-fried sweet sugar palm fruit bread

Ingredients: –
1. Ripe Palm Fruit
2. 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour/Maida
3. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
4. Salt
5. 2 Tbsp Ghee
6. Refined Oil

How to make Taler Luchi : –
1. At first take a palm fruit, remove the top part with a knife and peel properly.
2. After peeling cut off the top with a knife and separate the 3 seeds.
3. Take a big bowl and a small bowl with some water in it.
4. Place a wheat strainer on top of the big bowl.
5. Then dip the seed in the water and scrub on the wheat strainer to extract the pulp.
6. Take a bowl and add 2 cups all-purpose flour/Maida, 1 tbsp sugar, salt, 2 tbsp ghee/refined oil. Mix them properly
7. Then to check if they are done see if you can make a ball with the flour mixture, if yes then it’s done.
8. Now add 3/4 cup palm fruit pulp slowly and mix well to make a smooth dough, neither too hard or too soft.
9. After making the dough cover and let it rest for 20 mins.
10. After 20 mins knead well and cut out medium size balls from it.
11. Brush refined oil on your rolling pun and board and roll them out.
12. After that heat up refined oil in a kadai.
13. When the oil heats up turn the flame to medium to high and add the poori
14. Fry them on medium to high flame
15. Now your Taler Luchi is ready to serve
