Ingredients:
Chitol Mach – 500 gm
Onion Paste
Ginger Garlic Paste
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Tomato Puree
Slitted Green Chilli
Cumin Seeds
Garam Masala
Boiled Potato
Dry Red Chilli
Bay Leaf
Garam Masala Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Salt
Sugar
Mustard Oil
Refined Oil

Step By Step Making Of Chital Macher Muitha:
1. Take 500 gm Chitol mach. Make minced chital fish.

2. Take a bowl and add minced fish. Also add 1 piece boiled potato, 2 table spoon onion paste, 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1/4 tea spoon dry red chilli, 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tea spoon garam masala powder, 1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder, 1/4 tea spoon salt, 1 piece boiled potato and mix it well.

3. Now boil some water in a pan. Now take some mixture on your hand and try to make some round shape dumplings.

4. Drop the dumplings or kofta in the hot boiling water.

5. After 4 to 5 minutes, take the balls out from pan.

6. Now take some refined oil in a pan. Fry all muitha or dumplings for 1 minute.

7. Now we want to make gravy. So take 4 table spoon mustard oil in a pan. Add 1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds and garam masala.

8. Also add 2 pieces bay leaves and 2 pieces dry red chilli. Fry all for 15 to 20 seconds.

9. Now add 1 piece medium size onion paste. Fry it properly.

10. Now add 2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste. Fry it for 2 minutes.

11. Now add 1 piece medium size tomato puree. Fry it for 2 minutes.

12. Now add 1 tea spoon cumin powder, 1 tea spoon coriander powder, 1 tea spoon red chilli powder, 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tea spoon kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tea spoon salt and finally add 1 pinch sugar. Also add garam masala powder 1 tea spoon and add some water. Fry the masala for 3 to 4 minutes.

13. Now add 1.5 cup water and all fried chital macher kofta or muitha. Also add green chilli.

14. Now close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. After that open the lid and add some garam masala and ghee.

15. Chital macher muitha is ready to Serve with plain rice.
