Ingredients of Koraishutir Kochuri:
1. Green peas (1 cup).
2. Sliced ginger (½ inch cube).
3. Turmeric powder (¼ tsp).
4. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
5. Cumin powder (¼ tsp).
6. 2 green chillis
7. Flour (250gm).
8. Refined oil (2 tbsp +near about 300 gm for deep frying)i
9. Salt (¼ tsp+1 pinch).
10. Sugar (about ¼ tsp +1tbsp).
11. Asafoetida / Hing (¼ tsp).
12. Crushed roasted fennel seeds (¼ tsp).

Methods of how to cook Korai Shutir Kochuri:
1. Make a smooth paste of 1 cup green peas, 2 green chillis, and ginger slices by mixer grinder.
2. Add minimum water to make this paste.
3. Add 2 tbsp of refined oil in hot pan.
4. Add ¼ tsp of asafetida, ¼ tsp of Crushed roasted fennel.
5. After 10 sec add smooth paste of green paste which you make before.
6. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp sugar. Mixed it very well.
7. Now cook in high flame for 10 to 15 min to make the paste dry. Stir regularly.
8. When the stuffing gate ready, keep in a bowl.
9. Take 250 gram flour in another big bowl.
10. Add 5 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 pinch of salt. Mixed it very well till the color become pale yellow.
11. Now make soft dough. Cover it. Keep it for minimum 15-20 min.
12. After this take some portion of dough and make a bowl shape by this. Add 1 tsp stuffing and make it cover.
13. Now make roll the dough in many pieces into flat circular shape. Dip the circular shape dough piece into refined oil and then press the dough on rolling board by using the roller and make a nice flat circular shape.
14. Now heat some refined oil on a frying pan for deep fry the karaishutir Kachori.
15. Add the circular shape Kadaisutir Kachuri when the oil is hot.
16. Now press the Karaisutir puri with light pressure using a skimmer. That will help the Kochuri to puff quickly.
