With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare
Onion Carrot Chitanna

Ingredients:

Onion : 4
Carrot : 2
Curry Leaves : 10-12
Coriander leaves : handful
Green chillies :5
Groundnuts : 3/4 cup
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2tbsp
Black gram :1 tsp
Mustard :1/2 tsp
Bengal gram :1tsp
Cooked rice
Salt to taste
Procedure:

Take kadai heat it up,add oil and heat it up.
Add mustard and allow it to crackle and then add black gram and bengal gram dal and saute this till the dals change their colour.Now add groundnuts and saute this till the ground nuts are roasted completly.Now add turmeric powder,curry leaves and green chilies and saute this for about 2 mins.To this add onions and saute this, till the onions turn transeperant.
To this add the grated carrot ,mix well and cook this till the carrot becomes soft.Now add salt and mix it well.Put off the stove and add coriander leaves and mix well.Take a big vessel and add hot rice and add onion gojju and mix well.Serve it hot.
