With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare
Radish Chutney/Mullangi Chutney/Pachhadi/
Ingredients:
Radish :4
Green chilies :2
Coriander leaves : handful
Fried gram ‘: 2 tsp
Tamarind : a small lemon size
Asafetida :1/2 tsp
Oil : 1tsp
Mustard :1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Procedure :
Peel the radish, wash and cut into small pieces. Take a mixer jar add radish pieces, green chilies, coriander leaves, tamarind and fried gram and grind into a smooth paste. Take a small pan, add oil and heat it up. Add mustard and allow it to crackle and add asafetida. Pour this on the grinded chutney and mix well. Serve it with hot rice and roti.
