It’s important to keep in mind the spices used must be considered by the viewer and cook according to their threshold, preference and health conditions.

With that out of the way, today we will see how to prepare
Millet dosa

Ingredients:
Little millet :2 cups
Urud dal: 1 cup
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Black pepper:1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds:1 tsp
Procedure:
Wash little millet thoroughly and soak in 2 cups of water for 6 to 8 hours.
Wash black gram dal and add 1 cup of water, cumin seeds, pepper corns and fenugreek seeds and soak for 3 to 4 hours.
Now grind everything together to a smooth batter after 6 hours .To this add salt and mix well.
Ferment this for about 8 to 10 hours and prepare dosas with the batter.
